2012 has been an exciting year for student radio in Wellington. The VBC has been making a big time comeback, and is fast proving its credentials as breeding ground for some of Wellington's hottest up & coming underground DJs.

So what is Signal Sounds?

A four hour collaboration show between the VBC's Trainspotting (http://www.facebook.com/Trainsp0tting) and Compulsory Ecstasy (http://www.facebook.com/CompusloryEx) crews ended up sounding just a little too epic for the confines of the studio. There could be no looking back. A few quick emails later, and Signal Sounds was formed, with the objective of providing a showcase for the VBC's young DJs to bring their sounds to the dance floor of one of Wellington's most beloved venues, SFBH.

This is club culture. The rules are simple. Come along, get crunk, and get down to the Signal Sounds.
