STEVE WRIGLEY LIVE ON TOUR 2010

2010 has been a huge year for Steve Wrigley, along with continuing to be a core cast member of the hit TV show 7 DAYS, Steve has just finished his first stint as the head writer for C4’s THE JONO PROJECT. With all that under his belt, he is now set to host his first Stand Up Showcase for TV3 with AotearoHA – Comics Confessions and get back on the road touring his world class, award winning stand up in 2010.

Steve Wrigley is joined by the hilarious Justine Smith, also of 7 Days fame, and one of Steve’s co writers on 7 Days. These two are thick as thieves and this might lead to some post show surprises.

Steve and Justine have also been working together on a weekly podcast called ‘The Friday Situation’ with Dai Henwood. Distributed for free every week through the ITunes online store and recorded each week at Brown Town Studios, it’s an often immature but always honest chat between three friends over an end of the week beverage. The podcast has no set format making it a rare piece of media allowing it’s listeners to hear their favourite comics uncensored and unrestrained, hence it’s R18 rating.

As it’s usually the drink that dictates the mood, they become each episodes namesake. Everything from cocktails to a relaxing cup of tea set the pace.

Steve is stoked to be hitting the road with Jussi, and this is a rare opportunity to spend an evening with New Zealand’s premiere stand up comedy.
